The time had come to replace our cherished 70 year old three season cottage, bunkie and boathouse. Actually, it was an entire redevelopment including all utilities and landscaping. We have been exceptionally delighted to work with Randy Blain Construction. The execution was flawless on a complete reimagination of the entire property.

We had the pleasure of working with Randy and his team of professionals first on the build of our detached garage and then a year later on the build of our dream home.
