RBC Operations Manager
Randy Blain Construction located in Muskoka looking for responsible, self-motivated OPERATIONS MANAGER
ROLE: Under the direction of the General Manager and with safety, efficiency and customer service as a priority, the Operations Manager is accountable for the overall warehouse operations, which receives, stores, moves, ships and stock materials to and/or from the warehouse. Manages the overall operation of the warehouse and ensures the safe and effective storage and distribution of customer goods on time and without damage. Develops and implements both short and long-term warehouse planning.
- Must have valid Class G Drivers' License with clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of tool and small engine repair
- Forklift experience
- Must have strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and leadership qualities
- Must be punctual with excellent attendance

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: Shipping and receiving of all goods from warehouse to site, general maintenance on trucks and small engines, tool repair, small carpentry and painting tasks, maintain cleanliness and purchasing orders around the warehouse, build lumber packages and assist site supervisors with project and tool delivery.
